Through this course the student will enter the world of financial accounting in the health industry, developing skills and obtaining tools to understand financial statements and make decisions for the benefit of the organization. Students will be trained to analyze financial information and make decisions, taking as a reference the best practices in the market. They will apply logical mathematical reasoning for decision making, select the appropriate means for the development of their tasks such as programs, spreadsheets, othe rs. In making decisions, they will assess the technological information resources available taking into account the ethical, legal and good practices of the market. Students will be exposed to the development and analysis of financial statements through th e recording of economic transactions and practice in managing accounts. Finally, the student will have the opportunity to distinguish the accounting and financial particularities in the health industry.
