Catalog description
This is a course to provide future educational leaders and curriculum specialists with core concepts and knowledge about leadership, communication, and teamwork. Themes such as the dimensions of educational leadership, collaboration, effective teamwork practices, assertive communication, among other concepts inherent to the various educational settings, are studied. Likewise, topics related to the development of global citizen competencies are reviewed and research is carried out so that the student expands and improves their humanistic vision in the role of teaching and learning in the 21st century. Through this course, the following graduate level competencies are developed: critical thinking, communication, information skills, technology, leadership, and ethics and diversity, through multiple experiences of research, problem solving, collaborative work and application in context. .
