Catalog description

In this course, the students learn the key concepts of oral development, histology, and biology. The course is designed to teach the students to identify the embryogenesis, organogenesis, and microscopic properties of the fundamental issues that compose the stomat ognathic system: teeth, oral mucosa, tongue, temporomandibular joint, periodontium, and salivary glands. The normal development of the oral cavity, teeth, and facial complex is studied. The course's practical component focuses on histological examinations of embryonic face tissues, enamel, dentin, periodontium, and salivary glands.
