INTERNAL CLINIC

Catalog description

This course provides the student clinical experiences in the dental facilities of the institution. The student will be evaluated in the performance of their clinical competencies in the areas of preventive and restorative dentistry, radiographic exposures, four (4) hands dentistry procedures, taking of vital signs, "charting", delivery of post - operative instructions to patients, control of appointments, and proper management of the telephone. In addition, it emphasizes the application of all competencies developed through the program.
