Catalog description

The course is an academic experience through which the student will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge, skills and values acquired in the theoretical courses. The student will be able to address a contemporary social and criminal justice problem, making use of analysis and theoretical application to provide recommendations aimed at its resolution. This course has the availability of three mo dalities from which the student can select one of them: by placement, by field visits and by professional experience. Selecting the placement modality requires the student to complete 100 hours in the practice center contracted by the institution. In the f ield visits the student must complete 10 visits with their respective interviews to private companies or agencies related to our justice system. The professional experience modality is for those students who work for a term of two (2) years or more in area s related to the justice system.
