Catalog description

Study of the fundamentals of Public Relations as managerial management, its impact and social function. It includes the background of the discipline, structure and organization of Public Relations agencies. Likewise, analysis of the administration of communication processes of internal and external audiences in private, government and third sector companies. Through the course, appropriate messages will be developed for crisis management and public opinion. The course will emphasize c ritical discussion of ethical principles and social responsibility. Traditional and digital PR strategies will be developed effectively. With this course, the student will develop the competencies of scientific reasoning, quantitative reasoning, teamwork, ethics and diversity.
