PUERTO RICAN LITERATURE II

Catalog description

The course is a panoramic study of Puerto Rican literature from the nineteenth century to the present. It includes the analysis of representative works and authors of each period studied. Texts published in Puerto Rico and the diaspora will be read will be read and analyz ed within their historical context to foretaste the dynamics of literature as a discourse that involves an insight and conversation with the space and time in which it develops. Literature and History will be disciplines that will converge in this course.
