Catalog description

This course focuses on developing the skills, knowledge, and strategies necessary to be an effective leader and member of an academic program in the health sciences area, as well as a leader among the various health professions in diverse settings. The course will focus on contemporary leadership theories which will serve as a theoretical framework for understanding the development of higher education and health organizations.
