Catalog description

Analysis of basic principles and practices for administration to apply them to managing leisure programs and services: planning, organizing, implementing an evaluation of the employee and their works. Students are required to analyzed case studies of diff erent organizations in recreation and sports to propose management structures, job duties and descriptions, ways of evaluating employees and estimate operational costs.
