Catalog description

This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure quality in project management. The fundamental concepts of quality will be explored, as well as the approaches and methodologies used to implement quality processes in projects. Students will learn to identify and apply tools and techniques to manage quality at all stages of the project life cycle.
