Catalog description

The Project Resource Management course aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to efficiently manage resources in the context of projects. During the course, students will learn to identify, allocate and optimize the resources necessary for the successful execution of projects. Emphasis will be placed on the use of tools and techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling resour ces in projects, as well as conflict resolution and resource performance management.
