Catalog description
This course analyzes the systematic relationship between the behavior of human resources, the achievement of organizational objectives and services to customers. The social relations between individuals and groups that constitute the psychosocial system of organizations are studied. Group integration processes, relationships between supervisors and subordinates and the structure and interdependence of roles at work are evaluated. The situations and problems that involve the human element in organizations are analyzed and discussed, as well as the differen t situations and external pressures that have an impact on organizational behavior.
