Catalog description

The course focuses on the analysis of constitutional principles, laws, regulations and judicial decisions applicable to human services and their administration particularly in Puerto Rico. A comparative study of norms, regulations, parameters of public policy, special legislation, normative aspects that regulate the quality equality of opportunities, ethical and contractual principles in the administration of human services is carried out.
