This course allows application of knowledge, skills and abilities acquired in previous courses in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the company. Emphasis is placed on r esearch as an essential element in a strategic context, linked to changes occurring in the economy, technology, labor, business and trends in the discipline of study. The course is based on the analysis of case studies and research from international compa nies.
