Service Management is a customer -focused approach that provides value to the customer and the customer relationship. The course integrates the theory and application of the fundamental principles of service management. It examines relevant topics such as s ervice design, service marketing, the role of human resources, and service operationalization. In addition, the course provides an overview of management principles applied in the service industry focusing on communication, problem solving, attention to cu stomer loyalty and management of service characteristics.
