Catalog description

Study and analysis of the methods and techniques of interviews and interrogations in forensic investigations, in the preparation of testimony in court and presentation of cases as a forensic expert. At the end of the course, the student will have acquired the following skills: Critical thinking and communication by being able to distinguish, explain and select the different processes and techniques used to interview and question witnesses in the framework of a forensic investigation and to participate in cr iminal proceedings as an expert witness; Technological competence when applying the processes and techniques applicable to the interview and interrogation of witnesses and participating as an expert witness; Information and ethics and diversity skills when solving practical problems in the discipline of crime scene investigation when questioning and interviewing witnesses and making witness statements in a legal and ethical manner; and Forensic Investigation by putting theory relevant to interviews and inte rrogations into practice in practical settings
