Catalog description

Introduction to the fundamentals and theories of systematic design of instruction through the integration of learning strategies aimed at the corporate world. Emphasis will be given to performing a needs assessment analysis for the improvement of employee performance; systematic design of materials and experiences for the adult learner, with technology integration, formative and summative evaluation; analysis of corporate needs and design and implementation of online training. Competencies in communication, critical thinking, leadership, consulting, and content creation skills should be demonstrated at a proficient level. This will allow students to adapt to new and innovative corporate work styles, be flexible, and maintain a professional posture and rigor in ethical, in compliance with company policies and regulations, and labor laws of the country where they work.
