Catalog description

In this course, principles of engineering drawings with drawing and computer graphics (SolidWorks) are included with an introduction to descriptive geometry. Fundamentals of orthographic, pictorial projections, auxiliary views, sectioning, dimensions, tolerances and presentation of plans. The student also applies the techniques to draw freehand, isometric and oblique 3D projections. Technological and design competencies that are required for professionals in the field of Mechanical Engineering Technology will be developed.
