Catalog description

Analysis of the normative documents of the science program such as: standards, expectations, essential science competencies by grade, among others and the relationship between them with the teaching process of the Science Program from Kindergarten to fifth (5) grade. They will study the methods, techniques and teaching-learning processes used in and their applicati on in the science teaching process. They will evaluate scientific concepts that promote the development of scientific skills, environmental and ecological awareness, ethical and scientific thinking in problem solving, and technological competence. Students will offer classes (demonstrations among their peers) that address the various areas within the curriculum, their application to everyday life situations and the development of a scientific culture.
