This course fosters the development of leadership skills, creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategies to evaluate and improve labor relations, decision-making, and understanding of the value of being creative. The course defines leadership as a philosophy of life. It presents the characteristics of being a good leader in the professional field, specifically in the dental clinic. As for entrepreneurship, it describes its theoretical framework, the dedication to what is passionate as the push to start, regardless of whether it will work or if there are enough resources, the connection with creativity and innovation, and shows global experiences of people that bring to reality business ideas that, in some cases, end up being a success.
