This work experience course is designed in competencies that develop and strengthen skills in the field of the food service industry to become proficient in it. Students will apply practical knowledge, demonstrating skills necessary for their professional development. By applying the cooking method s, hygiene and sanitation practices developed in the course, students will gain a broader understanding of the demands and expectations of the food service industry.
