SECURITY AND SYSTEM RECOVERY PLAN

Catalog description

This course introduces methods for identifying vulnerabilities and how to take appropriate action to prevent and mitigate the risks of failure in an organization. It also introduces the student to the principles of disaster recovery, enterprise risk taxation, policy and procedure development, understanding the role of members of an organization, plan testing and testing, plan implementation, and disast er recovery. Emphasis is placed on the development of technological skills and competencies that allow the student to develop a disaster recovery plan. These competencies are developed through application exercises.
