Catalog description

The general principles of the penal code of Puerto Rico are studied. Topics covered include criminal intention, tentative, authors, conspiracy, classification of crimes, criminal concealment, defenses, penalties, aggravating circumstances, and the theory of the physiology of causality. Also, included are crimes against the person and property, case study and jurisprudence.
