Catalog description

This course will explore the fundamental legal and regulatory aspects of Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS). Students will gain insights into the rulemaking process, delve into CFR Parts 107, 135, 91, and other relevant regulations, and understand the mechanisms for waivers, deviations, exemptions, and authorizations. Participants will be able to analyze real-world UAS violations through case studies, developing a foundational understanding of legal and ethical responsibilities.
