This course focuses on the principles of Web Usability, client purpose and needs as the key element in successful Web Design. Simplicity of design is introduced as a practical Web Design principle. Page Loading time, graphics design for the Internet, writing for the web, document size and readability, fonts for the web, color schemes and visual impact, site architecture vs. content are some of the subjects covered. Introduced to some software tools and effective web site navigation strategies.
