Analysis and application of concepts such as ethic and social responsibility. Evaluation and application of elements related to identifying opportunities and analysis of business strengths and weaknesses. Emphasis in the application of the vision, mission, goals and objectives for the development of strategies in the planning process. Development of strategic plan that includes identification and evaluation of alternatives for its control. This course is targeted to the development and application of analytical skills related to strategic planning.
