Catalog description

Analysis of the roles and styles of the leader as an agent of change through the articulation and construction of the vision and mission of the organization. The course includes theoretical and analytical studies of the various leadership strategies, leadership styles, and the organizational context in which leadership is exercised. In addition, strategies belonging to the field of human resources for the empowerment of leaders and their impact on the organizational culture are explored. Application of theoretical knowledge related to individual, interpersonal and group behavior of the organization. The course addresses the study of leadership and organizational behavior in continuous global change.
