Analysis of a supportive transition process design and its benefits to all students with disabilities. Emphasis in how to utilize the individual differences to implement instructional plans and strategies for an effective transition of students with disabilities, as a process based in full inclusion, community collaboration, curriculum adaptat ion and family participation. The course highlights the implementation and evaluation of transition program curriculum learning areas. -
