Catalog description
This course prepares the echocardiography student to know and identify the pathologies that can affect the heart and how these can be diagnosed through an echocardiogram. The student will be able to identify the anatomy of the heart, cardiac anomalies and possible diagnoses. Early diagnosis allows treatments to be effective. This course meets 45 hours of theory in one semester.
