Catalog description

This course prepares the student in advanced topics in obstetric sonography, as well as in fetal diseases that will allow the student to carry out a quality sonographic study. Among the topics of great importance that are covered are fetal echocardiography, genetic sonography and pathologies associated with genetics and teratogenesis. In addition, innovative modalities in the area of obstetric sonography are discussed, such as three -dimensional echocardiography and the application of Doppler in the diagnosis of cardiovascular abnormalities in the fetus.
