CARDIOPULMONARY PHARMACOLOGY

Catalog description

In this course the student is offered a general description and orientation on the field of pharmacology and information related to drugs used in respiratory care, allowing the student to show a basic level in their critical thinking skills. It includes the principles of act ion, physiology, indication, contraindication, adverse reactions, and routes of administration. It exercises effective communication on the different medications, action, adverse reaction and procedure of the medications administered to adult, geriatric, pediatric and neonatal patients.
