This course provides an overview of the IS0 9000 including its history and origin, the technical requirements of these standards and guidelines for the implementation in a Total Quality environment or in a traditional environment. In addition, this course will provide the understanding on how to choose the appropriate standard from among the several of the ISO 9000 standards.
