Catalog description
In this course the fundamental concepts of anatomy and physiology to physical education will be studied. It emphasizes the comprehension or understanding of the functional and structured relationship of all the systems of the human body and how they come t o establish homeostasis. It is expected to discuss muscle physiology, neuromuscular anatomy and adaptations to training, skeletal system, adaptations of bone, muscle and connective tissues to physical activity, endocrine responses to weight training and ca rdiovascular and respiratory anatomy and physiology (responses to exercise)
