This is a pharmaceutical technology course that introduces the use of the electronic pharmacy system for prescription transcription, patient profile creation, doctors profile creation. Aspects related to the bioavailability of the drug and the route of administration for different dosage forms are discussed. Emphasis is placed o n the physicochemical properties, formulations, preparation methods, preservation, and storage packaging of the different types of dosage forms and drug delivery systems discussed. Verify the correct form of customer service at various sites and the correct use of electronic pharmacy systems for patient confidentiality.
