Catalog description
In this course the student will learn and develop the theoretical aspects related to the basic haircuts to canines and felines. The correct procedure for cutting a canine or feline is discussed in its entirety. In addition, the tools that are necessary to perform the work properly will be presented. Emphasis is placed on the development of critical thinking skills and competencies that allow the student to identify the use of instruments, tools and materials necessary for the execution of tasks related to the profession. These competencies are developed through lectures, demonstrations and case discussions.
