This course provides to the student fundamental knowledge of coaching practices for managerial improvement. Emphasizes the integral approach of human relations in organizations and techniques for the development of organizational coaches. Concepts as leadership, instructing, training and mot ivating teamwork to achieve goals are discussed. The concepts of empowerment and constant feedback to teams are studied.
