CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND ARBITRAGE

Catalog description

This course provides students with the necessary knowledge to manage conflicts at all organizational levels. It emphasizes the development of negotiation, arbitration and conflict management skills with the purpose of developing alternatives that satisfy t he interests of all parties. The design of strategies necessary for a successful negotiation process in which both parties can reconcile their differences and reach an agreement is studied.
