LIFECYCLE NUTRITION AND ASSESSMENT

Catalog description

This course is to provide students with information about changes in nutritional needs as human develop, from pre- conception through to aging adults. Students will develop an awareness of the principles of nutrition assessment for different age groups and will understand and apply dietary recommendations to different population groups across the lifecycle.
