This course provides depth of practice and research in human resource management, presenting a selection of topics that illustrate the most contemporary and relevant issues in the field. The course offers a comprehensive and integrated exploration of human resource management with special emphasis on fundamental aspects, such as human resource planning and strategy, personnel selection, promotion of equal employment opportunities, development of training programs, performance appraisal, compensation, and th e study of current trends in organizational behavior. In addition, the course was designed to foster and develop essential competencies in critical thinking, scientific reasoning, effective communication, and innovation skills.
