This course was designed to revise and analyze the different stages of the personnel recruitment and selection process, beginning with the identification of the need to recruit until the moment an employment offer is made. This course will allow students to work in a practical way with the selection and recruitment techniques and to get familiarized with local and federal laws applicable to the process.
