Catalog description
The course provides the tools, skills, and abilities to strategically manage conflictive situations in organizations. Provides the space to acquire the skills to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively and reach agreements based on the best negotiation practices. It focuses on the development of basic skills, techniques, methods, and processes for negotiation, communication, persuasion, emotional inte lligence, and conflict management strategies. It establishes the conflict as part of the organizational processes, offering the space to apply conciliation, mediation, arbitration as alternative methods of conflict management. At the end of the course, you will be able to handle business conflicts strategically and in accordance with the law, recognizing the importance of negotiators for conflict resolution. It emphasizes the process of acquiring abilities, skills and emotional intelligence and effective communication strategies to have companies that manage to transform conflicts into learning processes.
