Theories and research from biology, sociology, psychology, anthropology, education and philosophy are analyses to explain the role of play, fitness, recreation, and sports in human and society development. Students are required to develop their own theory and to propose a strategy-program to develop in children and youth the value for living an active and healthy lifestyles.
