In this course, participants will be able to develop knowledge, practices, attitudes, competencies and skills necessary to make financial decisions for global or international companies. The course is fundamentally an extension and continuation of Corporate Finance Fina 7 02. It addresses the topics where Corporate Finance, but within an international or global context. It pursues two objectives: (a) to treat and temper Corporate Finance issues, to a global and international platform, and (b) to further expand such issues, in accordance with the changing and most recent financial strategies related to the sustainability of the company in an international and global context. The course is a combination of about 70 percent finance topics and 30 percent economic topics. Both the financial and economic components are strongly framed in managerial strategies and decision -making in an international and global environment.
