Catalog description

This course includes the basic processes to analyze the competencies and skills that industrial occupational education teachers must develop. The foundation, methods, goals and objectives of observable behavior, teaching processes and strategies are studied, as well as the curricular mo dels used in occupational education based on competencies. Skills related to fundamental knowledge of the teaching -learning process, pedagogical skills, communication skills, and methodological and curricular innovation, among others, are promoted that wil l enable the student to select and apply the best strategies adjusted to the real educational environment. By knowing and exercising in the aforementioned competences, the student will be able to apply the best and diverse curricular methodological practices that respond to the particular needs of their students, promoting the development of higher thinking skills, which represents a better aspiration of the professional teacher class. .
