SMALL ANIMAL SURGERY

Catalog description

The purpose of this class is to educate veterinary students in the most common soft tissue and orthopedic pathologies seen in small animals (dogs and cats). In conjunction with the small animal surgery lab, the veterinary students will be trained in the surgical approach and techniques of surgical conditions routinely performed in private practice. Furthermore, the class will also cover the non -surgical managemen t of common orthopedic conditions encounter in small animals.
