FUNDAMENTALS OF OPERATING SYSTEMS

Catalog description

The purpose of this course is for the student to learn and apply the functions and commands of the operating systems. Emphasis on the development of knowledge, critical thinking, and technology skills that allow the student to do disk initiation processes, use programming language, file manage ment, "backup" and use of operating systems such as Linux, DOS, Windows, Mac OS and others. These skills are developed through application exercises.
