Study of the important aspects for the administration of a salon, the rules of professionalism and Law 431 that regulates the profession of Beauty Specialist, in addition to all State requirements to apply for the license and be able to practice the profession. Aspects of effective functioning of a salon, teamwork, ethics, human relations and communication are discussed. Critical thinking skills, abilities and competencies are developed that allow the student to take the revalidation exam and manage a classroom effectively and professionally, considering all aspects that affect its operation. These competencies will be developed through lectures and demonstrations. In addition, the student is prepared with the necessary skills for the transition to the work market, including job search, resume preparation, and interview process. It also facilitates the development of communication skills, ethics and diversity.
