Study of the main topics related to biomechanics in sports and personal training, finding basic guidelines in skeletal muscles, anatomical planes and main body movements, strength and power, sources of resistance to muscle contraction, joint biomechanics a nd problems in training. resisted. The student will be able to use critical thinking to analyze various specific biomechanical movements to improve performance in athletes, sedentary or active people, using concepts and theories for decision making based o n scientific evidence. This helps to solve or understand possible problems that occur in resistance training.
