Catalog description
This course provides an introduction to the principles and applications of electronics within aerospace systems. Topics covered include the study and characterization of electrical circuits and concepts such as voltage and direct and alternating current (DC and AC). Students will also explore the fundamental concepts of electronic circuits, components, and power management, with a focus on their practical application in space technology. The curriculum integrates both theoretical knowledge and hands -on experience, enabling students to design, analyze, and implement electronic systems used in aerospace engineering.
