Catalog description

Study of the interactions between microbial biodiversity and the environment. It focuses on the activities of the different microbial populations on natural ecosystems, including those interactions between biotic and abiotic factors of such ecosystems. Includes practical experiences involving sampling, microbial collection and the measurement of physiological activities that allows the characterization of water, soil and air microflora. The course consists of 30 hours of lectures and 30 hours of laboratory.
